How much does it cost after the trial?
$19.99/month per gym (or the equivalent in your local currency: 74.99 SAR for Saudi Arabia, 73.99 AED for UAE, 999 EGP for Egypt, 6.99 KWD for Kuwait, 72.99 QAR for Qatar, and so on across all MENA currencies). No hidden fees, no long-term contracts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
Is ArabGym available in Arabic?
Yes — the entire interface is in Arabic with full RTL support. Our support team speaks Arabic too.
What payment methods are supported?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and regional payment gateways including Moyasar, Tap, and Paymob. Cash and bank transfer are also supported for internal member subscriptions.
How does attendance tracking work?
Members check in via their personal QR code or staff can search by name/phone. You can also monitor who is currently inside the gym.
Can I manage multiple gym branches?
Yes — manage multiple branches under one account, each with independent data and a unified reporting dashboard.
How is my data stored and secured?
Your data is encrypted and stored on secure cloud servers. Each gym's data is fully isolated. We never sell your data to third parties.
Can I export my data?
Yes — export all data (members, subscriptions, payments) at any time as Excel or CSV. Your data is always yours.
Is there a mobile app?
ArabGym is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — install it directly on your phone from the browser without an app store, on both iOS and Android.
